Mani Admin V1.2.22.8 - ZA OLD CSS V34

UKRATKO,
OVO JE NAJNOVIJI MANI ADMIN PLUGIN ZA CSS V34 ,
POPRAVLJENI SU VELIKI BUGOVI RADI KOJIH SE MOGAO SRUSITI SERVER SA STARIM MANI ADMINOM KOJI DANAS KORISTE SVI V34 SERVERI.
I IMA DOSTA NOVIH KOMANDI.

-Problem with IP banning/unbanning is hopefully now fixed.
-Added UTF-8 parsing for all modules, fixed comment error in «favourites» display.
-Fixed issue with reserve slot kicking extra player needlessly when fill was set to 0.
-Added stripping of quotes and adding of http:// to the URLs passed to DrawURL
-Fixed ma_balance from crashing the server on non CSS games
-Fixed several issues with reserve slots kicking players when near the player limits
-Updated code to work with mani_team_join_force_auto 1 OR mani_team_join_keep_same_team 1 set
-Fixed new cvar for mani_team_join_force_mode
-Added mani_disable_old_clients cvar (defaulted to disable the old files). This will cause the plugin to ignore any file but the clients.txt file.
-Also made the plugin ignore the old clients files if a clients.txt file already exists.
- Removed old stats data loader and conversion method. No one should be using that format anymore.
- Added cvar mani_hlx_prefix so the text HLstatsX can be changed. HLstatsX is now known as gameME
-Updated MySQL syntax to fit > MySQL 4.1
-Fixed fiveseven from being restricted on ma_pistols.
-Updated ma_unban to use writeid and writeip
Updated error message if mani_log_directory does not exist.
-Added mani_log_directory creation for logging in case it doesn’t exist.
