Title: disconect problem

imam problem na serveru nekad mi disconecta dosta igraca iz servera a ni ne laga prije toga ni nista samo disconecta zasto?
mozda problem sa pluginovima? evo lista plugina:worldedit,nocheatplus,authme,antiad,pvpstatsscoreboard,essentials,essentials groupmanager,essentials spawn,clearlag,creativecontrol,automessage,lockette,joinmessage,factions,citizens,magicsigns,motdmanager,mobhealth,quickshop,realjobs,smileys,worldguard
